DO YOUR BEST.
Have Fun Doing It!

Throw a football. Catch a fish. Ride a bike. Set up a tent.

Build a pinewood derby® car. Shoot a bow and arrow.

Cub Scouting offers boys and girls K-5 the opportunity to see and learn fun, new things that can’t be found anywhere else. Cub Scouts are at that magical age where everything is new and possible and, most important, fun. They build things. Play with purpose. Make friends and work together. The life lessons learned here not only transform today’s Cub Scouts into tomorrow’s Scouts but also help form a foundation to embrace opportunity and overcome obstacles in life.

WHY CUB SCOUTS?

Cub Scouting is dedicated to bringing out the best in kids:

  • Nurtures leadership and character growth.

  • Strengthens families.

  • Helps kids develop interests and skills.

  • Provides adventure.

  • Creates community.

  • Promotes diversity.

  • Is FUN!

THE ADVANCEMENT TRAIL

Cub Scouts progress from rank to rank, learning new skills as they go. Each of the ranks and awards in Cub Scouting has its own requirements. As Cub Scouts get older and advance through the ranks, the requirements become more challenging to match their new skills and abilities.

PACK 119

Welcome to Pack 119, the Evergreen Cub Scout Pack.  Our Scouts attend Bergen Valley, Bergen Meadow, Parmalee, Ralston, Wilmot, Montessori School of Evergreen and Rocky Mountain Academy of Evergreen Schools.

PACK & DEN MEETINGS

We meet as a pack once a month, typically on the 2nd Thursday of the month either at The Lodge, the meeting room at Ascent Church, or an off-site adventure like a fire station tour, museum visit, or hike.

Each Den is made up of kids from the same grade and the families involved set their own schedule.  Dens have at least one Den Leader, a parent who volunteers to guide the children through their advancements for the year.
